service and repairs for 30 years.

care of our customers. You are not dealing with layers of

As a result, we can adapt and serve the needs of our customers
quickly. Each time you call, you will speak to a live person, not
voice mail, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Sterling Surgical's factory trained technicians routinely solve problems over
the phone. Our service techs regularly attend training schools and
have access to a comprehensive parts inventory for fast response
time. Sterling Surgical's techs are paid on a "net call" plan which
emphasizes quality repairs, not a high volume of calls with
unresolved problems. We maintain continuous service parts
replenishment which enables us to make repairs on the first visit.
Loaner equipment is offered free with service contracts.
